Goal: Strengthen brand presence, improve communication and support engagement across multiple channels

The Brief

As Marketing Manager, I was responsible for overseeing and delivering the organisation’s marketing activity across both digital and print.

The charity needed a more consistent and professional brand presence, along with clear and engaging marketing materials to support their services, events and community initiatives.

There was also a need to ensure messaging was accessible, engaging and aligned with the organisation’s mission, while reaching a broad and diverse audience.

The Objective

The key objectives of my role were to:

  • Develop and maintain a consistent and recognisable brand identity
  • Improve the quality and clarity of marketing communications
  • Support campaigns, events and initiatives through effective design and messaging
  • Increase engagement across digital and offline channels
  • Ensure all marketing materials aligned with the organisation’s values and audience needs

My Approach

I took a strategic and hands-on approach, managing the full marketing process from concept through to delivery.

This included creating a wide range of design assets across both digital and print, ensuring consistency in visual style, messaging and tone across all touchpoints.

I focused on simplifying communication and improving clarity, making it easier for audiences to understand the organisation’s services and get involved.

Working across multiple projects simultaneously, I ensured all materials were delivered to a high standard and aligned with ongoing campaigns and organisational priorities.

Collaboration was also key, working closely with internal teams to ensure marketing activity supported wider goals and initiatives.

The Outcome

This resulted in a more cohesive and professional brand presence across the organisation.

Marketing materials became clearer, more engaging and more aligned with the needs of the target audience, helping to support events, initiatives and community outreach.

The consistent approach to branding and communication strengthened the organisation’s visibility and created a more unified experience across all channels.
